You cannot go wrong opening a show with Superchunk. Really dug the mix of this one and the Cash mini-set was very cool. Of course, "Psychotic Reaction" and "Don't Change" are all-timers with the latter being one of my absolutely favorite songs.
ReplyDeleteThanks as always for listening and commenting. Yes, it's good to see that I got several notable can't-go-wrong types of songs along with those that are more obscure. "Psychotic Reaction" and Johnny Cash are widely known and canon-ized, I don't think "Don't Change" and "... Jackie Mattoo" have been as appreciated as they should be. I'm glad I can spread the word about them to some small degree.
